GULFPORT -- Police have asked for help to identify two people videotaped after a break-in through the roof of the Family Dollar store on Dedeaux Road.

The burglars pried open a panel in the roof to get into the store at 9:42 p.m. Nov. 29, police Sgt. Damon McDaniel said.

Police released a surveillance picture of one of them Friday but pictures of the other were not clear enough to publish, McDaniel said.

The two are accused in the theft of display items.

It isn't clear if they are teenagers or adults, McDaniel said.

One wore a dark-gray or black hooded sweatshirt, he said. The other wore a light-gray sweatshirt.
