JACKSON COUNTY -- A Jackson County man accused of shooting another man has been arrested on a charge of aggravated assault, Sheriff Mike Ezell said.
Albert Glynn Rowell, 50, of the 14300 block of Timber Ridge Drive, surrendered to authorities Tuesday.
Rowell is accused of shooting a man Saturday at Rowell's home. The man was treated at Singing River Hospital and released.
County Judge T. Larry Wilson set Rowell's bond at $10,000 but placed a hold on him through the state Department of Corrections for a probation violation. Rowell was on parole on a charge of manufacturing meth.

He is being held at the Jackson County jail.
If convicted of aggravated assault, Rowell is facing a prison sentence of up to 20 years and up to $10,000 in fines.
The investigation is continuing.
