Biloxi woman accused in stabbing death

A Biloxi woman is accused of stabbing a man to death in the living room of a home in the 300 block of Rich Avenue on Friday, officials said.

Sgt. O'Neil Adams said officers responded to the location at 8 p.m. after getting multiple calls about a man lying in the road suffering from an injury.

When officers arrived, they found Dustin Freche, 35, suffering from a life-threatening stab wound to the chest. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died, Adams said.

Adams said evidence led them to a residence where Jessatie Eubanks, 32, was located with a child. The living room of the home is believed to be the scene where the stabbing took place, officials said.

Eubanks was arrested and taken to the Harrison County jail on a manslaughter charge. She is held on a $100,000 bond set by Judge Bruce Strong Judge Bruce Strong.
