Two minors accused in St. Martin burglaries
JACKSON COUNTY -- Two juveniles are now accused along with one adult in a series of burglaries in the St. Martin community, though the two minors so far are only booked as minors on one felony burglary charge, according to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.
Sheriff's deputies first arrested Antonio Lepoma, 20, of Henderson Drive, in Biloxi on three counts of burglary in the case in August. He was accused of burglaries in July at homes on Belmont Drive, Brandon Drive and Henderson Drive, all in the Cedar Grove area of St. Martin.
The juveniles, no age given, are accused in the same burglaries, but are being charged as minors. In addition, they are suspects in more recent burglaries around north and south Cedar Grove, but that investigation is ongoing. They are being held at the Jackson County Youth Court jail.
Lepoma's bond was set at a total of $9,000 in August. He is no longer listed as an inmate at the Jackson County jail.
Burglary is a felony punishable by up to 10 years and a $10,000 fine.
