Conspiracy to defraud the U.S.: 5 years

Mail fraud: 20 years each of 15 counts

Wire fraud: 20 years for each of five counts

Identity theft by fraudulent documents: 5 years for each of 23 counts

Aggravated identity theft: Mandatory 2-year prison term for each of 51 counts served consecutively to any related prison terms
