Biloxi woman accused in Halloween stabbing

A Biloxi woman was arrested Saturday in a stabbing incident.

Biloxi police Investigator Brock Newell said Krysta Ann Thompson, 23, was arrested Halloween morning on the charge of aggravated domestic violence.

Newell said Thompson had been arguing with her boyfriend before he was hospitalized with a stab wound to the chest.

The victim had emergency surgery and was in stable condition Sunday, he said.

Thompson was taken to the Harrison County jail and is being held on a $10,000 bond set by Judge Bruce Strong.

The charge carries a prison term of up to 20 years.
