Arrest made in Blind Tiger break-in, more pending

Bay St. Louis police have arrested one person accused of stealing $4,000 worth of items from The Blind Tiger and officials said more arrests are pending.

Chris Hiltibidal, 29, of Waveland, was charged with grand larceny. He was booked into the Hancock County Jail with a bond of $5,000.

Hiltibidal was one of the people captured on security cameras entering The Blind Tiger, 119 N. Beach Blvd., after the restaurant had closed, Bay St. Louis Police Chief Michael De Nardo said. The men took beer, electronics and other items, De Nardo said.

Bay St. Louis police posted the surveillance images to its Facebook page and received more than 50 tips, authorities said.

In addition to Hiltibidal, detectives identified Marqus Davis, of Long Beach. Authorities have an active warrant for his arrest. Anyone with information on Davis' whereabouts can call (228) 466-5475 or their local law enforcement agency.

More arrests are pending.
