OCEAN SPRINGS -- A woman called a Dollar General store Saturday morning and threatened to blow it up unless she was given $10,000, officials said.
Capt. William Jackson said the store on U.S. 90 was closed while bomb-sniffing dogs swept the area for anything that could explode.
"Nothing was found that would cause concern," Jackson said. "After the investigation, the employees were allowed back in and the store was reopened."
Jackson said the call came from an unknown number.
