Police are seeking help to identify a man who became belligerent and opened fire on the Kangaroo gas station on U.S. 49 near the Lyman Community Center early Friday morning, officials said.
Spokesman Sgt. Damon McDaniel said police are searching for a man who parked at a gas pump just after 4 a.m. and "became belligerent," firing shots toward the front of the business.
The shots hit and shattered the windows in the store, but no one inside was injured, McDaniel said.
The shooter then fled southbound in his vehicle.
