LONG BEACH -- Police have arrested one man wanted in the burglary of Arbor Station apartments' rec room and are seeking the second suspect.

Police Chief Wayne McDowell said officers arrested Bryan Keith Payne, 36, Wednesday in connection with the Sept. 27 burglary at the gated community across from the beach.

Justice Court Judge Diane Ladner has signed an arrest warrant for the second suspect, identified as Anthony James Turner, 30.

Both men face a commercial burglary charge.

Payne was held at the Harrison County jail on a $50,000 bond. He's also held on two state probation warrants, the jail docket shows. Those convictions were for fleeing law enforcement and false pretenses.

Police had released surveillance pictures of the suspects Monday.

Anyone with information on Turner's location is asked to call police at 865-1981 or Crime Stoppers at 1-877-787-5898.
