Four defendants in explosions case plead 'not guilty'

Four defendants charged with stealing explosives and military-grade munitions pleaded "not guilty" in federal court this afternoon.

Lucy Rebecca Saucier and her brothers, Jack Wilson and Jimmy Lee Wilson, and David Bangs were arraigned in U.S. Magistrate John M. Roper's court.

A fifth defendant, Lance Looney, will be arraigned Friday morning because his lawyer had a conflict.

The four men and Saucier were indicted last week, but Saucier wasn't arrested until Wednesday. Then men had been arrested and are being held without bond.

Saucier was released on a $25,000 bond.
