Man accused of defrauding scrap company

A Biloxi man is in custody on charges alleging he defrauded David Motor and Scrap Co. of hundreds of dollars over several weeks, police said.

Kenneth Lee Delancey, 46, of Hudson Krohn Road, is accused of falsifying documents on the weight of scrap material he sold to the business, police said.

Detectives obtained an arrest warrant on a false-pretense charge and police found him in a traffic stop.

Harrison County Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain set bond at $25,000.

However, a judge has revoked bond on Delancey's pending felony case on a malicious mischief charge.
