Biloxi man facing charges related to grooming of South MS child, officials say
A Biloxi man was arrested Tuesday and is facing two charges related to the grooming of a child, according to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office.
Officers arrested Jared Michael Boswell, 31, of Shadow Creek Drive in Biloxi, after an investigation into allegations of an inappropriate online relationship between Boswell and a juvenile resident of Jackson County, reported to the sheriff’s office on Feb. 13.
Boswell has been charged with one count of grooming of a child and one count of enticement of a child.
Boswell is being held at the Jackson County Adult Detention Center. County Court Judge Mark Watts set Boswell’s bail at $400,000 on the charges.
