MS Coast felon accused of sexually assaulting, torturing children, records say

A convicted felon from Saucier who is already serving time for burglaries and a drug conviction is facing new charges in Harrison County.

A Harrison County grand jury indicted Jerry Ray Foy, 36, on six counts, including two counts each of sexual battery, felony child abuse and touching a child for lustful purposes.

According to court records, the alleged crimes involved two minor girls — one under 18 and the other under 14 — and occurred at different times between Jan. 1, 2020, and Aug. 19, 2022.

He is currently serving a 22-year sentence, according to the Mississippi Department of Corrections, and has prior arrests for domestic violence.

If convicted of the new charges, Foy could face life in prison.
