2 arrested on suspicion of threatening MS Coast elementary school, sheriff says
Two suspects have been arrested after St. Martin North Elementary received a threatening phone call last week, authorities said Monday.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office responded to the school just before dismissal on Friday to investigate the threat. Deputies searched the campus and determined that students were not in danger, according to a news release.
The Jackson County Sheriff’s Office shared few details about the suspects, but said they are minors from St. Martin and will appear in Jackson County Youth Court.
