Three MS Coast teens arrested after drive-by shooting and robbery, police say
Three teens were arrested Monday following a drive-by shooting and an armed robbery on Silver Ridge Avenue, according to the Gulfport Police Department.
Officers responded to the scene around 1:40 a.m. Sunday and found that a residence, occupied by two adults and a child, as well as a vehicle had been struck by gunfire.
Police charged Keston Vaughns, 19, of Gulfport, with shooting into a dwelling, armed robbery and motor vehicle theft. Two other 16 year olds from Gulfport were charged with armed robbery and motor vehicle theft.
Police say that Vaughns and the two teens assaulted a victim with firearms before stealing money and the victim’s vehicle.
All three suspects are being held in the Harrison County Adult Detention Center. Vaughns’ bond is set at $1,250,000, while Parham and Hannibal are being held on $1 million bonds each.
