Biloxi man arrested in child porn case says he prefers sex with minors, FBI agent says

A Biloxi man is jailed on federal charges of possession and distribution of child pornography after an undercover investigation led to the discovery of videos of adults engaged in sex with children under the age of 12, an FBI agent said.

Steven Dessino is jailed without bond, pending a preliminary hearing in federal court in Gulfport. He is accused of downloading child pornography on a computer, a cellphone, and a tablet, according to FBI agent Hillary Ladner.

The federal agent said the videos on Dessino’s devices included titles such as “Little Rona” and “F... on the desk.” The alleged crimes occurred in December and January, though the investigation continues.

Federal agents took Dessino into custody in January at his home in Biloxi. Afterward, Ladner said Dessino admitted to downloading and disturbing the child pornography.

In addition, he told the agent he prefers sex with minors.
