Three others were charged in the shooting.

The 16-year-old suspect in a shooting last month turned himself in at the Jackson County Adult Detention Center Dec. 7.

At the time of the November shooting, Zember was out on $100,000 bond for an October 2021 drive-by shooting in the Virginia City neighborhood. He was charged as an adult in that case.

Zember remains jailed, as County Court Judge Mark Watts revoked the 2021 bond.
