Pass Christian man accused of sexual battery after girl’s parents report abuse

A Pass Christian man was arrested and charged with sexual battery of a minor after parents of the 12-year-old victim reported the alleged abuse to authorities.

Dylan Lee Necaise, 32, is being held on $500,000 bond set by Justice Court Louise Ladner.

The parents of the victim told investigators said he has molested their daughter since she was 10, according to a press release.

Harrison County Sheriff’s Office investigators were informed of the alleged abuse on Jan. 5.

A warrant was issued for Necaise, and Sheriff Troy Peterson said Monday he was arrested. He turned himself in on the warrant at the Harrison County jail, according to the release.
