Wiggins woman wanted for questioning in Coast killing

Wiggins police are searching for a person of interest in the shooting death Friday of a Coast man.

Kayla Dennis, 26, is wanted for questioning in connection to the death of Jalen Curtis, 20.

Police found Curtis suffering from a gunshot wound after responding to a call about the shooting on Hope Avenue.

Curtis was taken to Stone County Hospital, where he later died of his injuries.

Dennis had been at the scene of the shooting, but left before police arrived.
