Man faces DUI charges after passenger dies in Biloxi crash, police say
A Mobile man was arrested Monday on a charge of aggravated DUI causing death.
Biloxi Police said Eric Michel Dairy, 29, of Mobile was arrested following a vehicle crash in the 900 block of Beach Boulevard. A passenger in the vehicle died from the injuries sustained in the crash.
The investigation led them to identify Dairy as the driver of the vehicle and the suspect, police said.
Dairy was taken to the Harrison County Jail. Harrison County Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain set bond at $100,000.
