Gulfport man sexually assaulted 10-year-old girl multiple times, police say
Nolan Wallace, 28, of Gulfport, was arrested Wednesday on three counts of sexual battery of a 10-year-old, Harrison County Sheriff Troy Peterson said in a news release.
The victim told authorities Wallace, a resident of Robinson Road, has sexually assaulted her on three different occasions.
Wallace is being held at the Harrison County jail on a total bond of $300,000 set by Justice Court Judge Bruce Ladner.
Sexual battery is punishable up to 20 years in prison.
The Harrison County Sheriff’s Office investigated the case.
