It’s been about five months since Bioxi police were called to investigate a drive-by shooting in the 200 block of Rodenberg Avenue. On Monday, a fourth arrest was made in connection with the shooting.

Biloxi police Maj.Chris De Back said Timothy Jerome Brown, 18, of Gulfport, was arrested Monday on a warrant for the Sept. 17, 2017 shooting.

He was taken to the Harrison County jail where he is held on a $25,000 bond set by Justice Court Judge Bruce Strong.

Brown is the fourth arrest in the case, De Back said.

Durente Yarbor, 18, and Aseante Taylor, 20, were previously arrested on the Coast and Javaris Ramsey, 19, of Gulfport, was arrested in November 2017 after he was found in Humphreys County, which is about 240 miles away, De Back said.

De Back said those arrested knew the victim and that a “beef” had led to the shooting.
