They walked into Belk and left with jackets they didn’t buy, police say

Biloxi police need help identifying two people suspected of shoplifting from the Belk department store in Edgewater Mall.

Biloxi police Maj. Chris De Back said two women put black active sportswear jackets on over their clothes and left without paying on Dec. 6. He said the jackets are valued at about $65 each.

One woman was described by police as being between 40 and 50 years old, about 5-foot-8 and weighs 260 pounds. She was wearing gray sweat pants, a gray shirt, a black jacket and a brown hair wrap.

The other woman is about 5-foot-7 and weighs 180 pounds. She was wearing a black sweater and black jacket with her hair in a bun.
