Woman spent $1,800 at Stein Mart, police say, but she didn’t use her own credit card
Biloxi police arrested a Gautier woman Friday suspected of credit card fraud, officials say.
Biloxi police Maj. Christopher De Back said a victim reported the theft of a credit card and fraudulent use Sunday.
The card had been used to make a purchase of over $1,800 at Stein Mart in Biloxi on Jan. 6, De Back said.
De Back said surveillance video from the store identified 58-year-old Sara Holder Jackson of Gautier as the person who used the card.
Jackson was an arrested on a charge of credit card fraud. She’s was taken to the Harrison County jail on a $5,000 bond set by Justice Court Judge Bruce Strong.
