She used a credit card at multiple locations in Biloxi, police say. The card wasn’t hers.
A woman is in custody after a credit card fraud investigation by Biloxi police.
Police arrested Frances Alicia Salisbury, 28, on Wednesday on a felony warrant, Maj. Chris De Back said.
The investigation began Dec. 8, 2017, after someone reported his stolen credit card had been used at multiple locations in Biloxi, De Back said. Salisbury is the sole suspect in all the fraudulent charges, he said.
She was taken to Harrison County jail. and Judge Albert Fountain set bond at $15,000.
