A 21-year-old Gulfport man was arrested in connection with the burglary of a church in Woolmarket, police say.
Calvary Gulf Coast Church in Woolmarket reported a burglary to Biloxi police on Nov. 27, Inv. Justin Branning said. The investigation showed that someone took tools and generators from a shed on the church’s campus.
Jacob Brown was identified as the suspect in the case and was arrested Wednesday on a burglary charge, Branning said.
Brown is held at the Harrison County jail on a $25,000 bond set by Justice Court Judge Albert Fountain.
“Everything that he took, from what we know, has been recovered,” Branning said.
The investigation is ongoing.
