Man sought in stabbing at Biloxi casino
Police are looking for a man they say stabbed someone at Hard Rock Casino Hotel, Biloxi police Maj. Chris De Back said.
Officers received word about a stabbing at the casino on Beach Boulevard at about 3:30 p.m. Friday.
De Back said police believe the victim, a man in his 30s was stabbed by Hallis Wayne Russ Jr.
Russ, 29, left the scene on foot, De Back said.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Russ is about 5-feet 10-inches tall, has a “buzzed” haircut and was wearing a blue button down shirt, De Back said.
De Back said surveillance footage of the suspect was not immediately available.
