Long Beach police say a Gulfport man was arrested Monday for breaking into a vehicle while he was out on bond on two home burglary charges.

Police Chief William Seal said Antonius Young, 19, was arrested Monday on a charge of auto burglary.

Seal said Young and a juvenile stole items from a vehicle on Kuyrkendall Place in Long Beach.

Young is accused of burglarizing the same Long Beach home twice in July, and he’s out of jail on bond on two counts of burglary of a dwelling.

Justice Court Judge Diane Ladner set Young’s bond at $50,000, but he is being held with no bond after being indicted on the two counts of residential burglary.

The juvenile will be prosecuted in Harrison County Youth Court.
