Armed men held store clerks, customers at gunpoint as they held up a Dollar General store

Two armed masked men robbed the Dollar General on East Railroad Street while holding store clerks and customers at gunpoint, Police Chief Billy Seal said.

The robbery was reported about 10 p.m. Monday, Seal said.

Store surveillance cameras show the robbers as they grabbed cash from cash registers and the store’s safe, he said.

Police have been unable to identify the suspects but want the public’s help to identify them.
