Man stabbed multiple times in Pascagoula, police say
Police want the public’s help to identify the suspect who stabbed a Pascagoula man multiple times.
The 26-year-old victim suffered stab wounds to his chest, the back of his neck and an arm, a leg and a finger in an assault in the 3100 block of Louise Street, Pascagoula Police Capt. Doug Adams said.
The assault occurred outside a home about 11:00 p.m. Monday, Adams said. Louise Street is between Lanier Avenue and Orchard Road.
An Acadian Ambulance crew took the wounded man to Singing River Hospital. His injuries are not life-threatening, Adams said.
Investigators are trying to find out who stabbed the man and why, he said.
