He walked into the bank with a note and left with cash, Pascagoula police say

Police need the public’s help to identify a man caught on camera taking money from the Hancock Bank on Denny Avenue.

Capt. Doug Adams said the man walked into the bank about 5 p.m. Friday and handed the teller a note that demanded money.

The teller gave the man and undetermined amount of cash before he left the bank in brown Hyundai vehicle, Adams said.

The man did not display a weapon.

Adams said the man is about 6-feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds and has a beard. He was wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, sunglasses and a black hat.

He was last seen driving east on U.S. 90.
