He stole a car from a Biloxi casino, cops say, but his gamble didn’t pay off
Biloxi police say a man has been arrested for stealing a vehicle from Treasure Bay Casino and driving it to another casino.
Biloxi police Maj. Chris DeBack said Michael Payne Jr. was arrested Wednesday on a charge of taking a motor vehicle.
Payne took the vehicle on Aug. 1, De Back said.
DeBack said the stolen vehicle was found unoccupied at another nearby casino.
Judge Albert Fountain set Payne’s bond at $15,000.
