Man critically wounded in shooting, Moss Point police chief says

A Moss Point man was critically wounded in shooting Monday, police say.

Moss Point Police Chief Calvin Hutchinson said DeMarkese Williams, 28, is in critical condition after receiving a single gunshot wound to his pelvis. The shooting happened at 4207 Tela Drive.

Hutchinson said Williams was robbed by a someone wearing a mask before he was shot.
