A juvenile sprayed anti-police graffiti on wall of Gulfport store, police say
Workers on the night shift at a Walgreens store saw a juvenile painting graffiti on the side of the business and called police.
Police arrested the juvenile, who painted a derogatory comment about police on the side of a business.
Employees at Walgreens at U.S. 49 and Pass Road saw him painting the graffiti on Monday night, Gulfport Police Sgt. Joshua Bromen said.
Police arrested the juvenile on a malicious mischief charge and turned him over to Harrison County Youth Court, Bromen said.
An employee with a pressure-washer was trying to remove the graffiti Tuesday afternoon. The graffiti contained an obscene word and referred to police as pigs.
