A burglar broke into a restaurant on Government Street by ramming his body through the front door, police said.

Surveillance cameras at The Crawfish House and Grill took pictures of what appears to be a teenager or a young man inside the business. The restaurant is just east of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue.

The burglary took place in the dark early Sunday morning, Ocean Springs police Capt. William Jackson said.

Pictures released by police on Monday show the burglar inside the business. In one picture, he appears to be looking in the direction of a security camera.

The burglar took an undisclosed amount of money, Jackson said.
