Man caught on camera taking items from inside vehicle, Biloxi police say
Biloxi police arrested a man for stealing from a vehicle early Sunday morning, said Lt. Christopher De Back.
Dustin Eugene Raymond, 22, of St. Martin, was arrested on a charge of burglary of an automobile.
Video surveillance captured Raymond enter an unlocked vehicle on the 800 block of Bayview Avenue around 4 a.m., De Back said.
De Back said Raymond was seen taking items from the vehicle.
Raymond was located and arrested without incident in the immediate area, still in possession of the stolen property, according to De Back.
Raymond was transported to the Harrison County jail with a $25,000 bond.
