Moss Point man accused of sex crime against minor
A Moss Point man is being held on a charge of sexual battery of a child while in a position of trust or authority.
The 50-year-old is accused of having a sex with a 14-year-old girl in 2002 at a home in Moss Point.
County Court Judge T. Larry Wilson set the man's bond at $50,000 Monday.
