A masked man robbed a Motel 6 clerk at gunpoint early Wednesday morning, police said, but no one was injured.
The robber was wearing gloves, a black hoodie, black do-rag and a red bandana over his face, police Lt. Christopher De Back said.
The Biloxi Police Department received a call about 5 a.m. from the motel at 2476 Beach Blvd., also known as U.S. 90. The motel is about midway between Eisenhower Drive and Beauvoir Road.
The robber demanded money and left with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

Police investigators and K-9 units were at the hotel until just before 7 a.m., police Sgt. Jackie Rhodes said.
Investigators learned the robber got in through a door that’s normally locked while a front-desk clerk was going about her duties, said De Back, who leads criminal investigations.
“We are trying to download surveillance videos at the motel and surrounding areas,” De Back said later Wednesday morning.
