Police want to ID woman sought in fake-check scams at Hancock Bank branches
A woman police say has tried to cash fake checks at Hancock Bank branches in Louisiana and Alabama apparently has added Mississippi to her list.
The woman, recently photographed in a Biloxi bank, is also sought on fraudulent check charges in neighboring states, Biloxi Detective Steve Kelley said.
Biloxi police released surveillance pictures Friday that were taken about 11:50 a.m. Sept. 13 at Hancock Bank on Howard Avenue, Kelly said.
