Authorities are looking for two state inmates who escaped from detainment in Harrison County Sunday morning.
Zachary Savoie, 21, and Joshua Walton, 33, were reported missing from the Harrison County Community Work Center around 3 a.m., according to the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
Gulfport Sgt. Damon McDaniel said the inmates were being housed at a facility on Eighth Avenue and there is no active search for them at this time.
Savoie is serving four years for residential burglary in grand larceny in Pike County, MDOC said, and Walton is serving a six-year sentence for residential burglary in Neshoba County.

Savoie was sentenced on Sept. 15, 2015, and Walton was sentenced March 15, MDOC said.
