Hurley man killed when truck hits tree

A Hurley man was killed in a one-car crash in Jackson County on Friday night.

A green Ford F-150 pickup truck was heading south on Mississippi 613 around 9:45 p.m. when it went off the left side of the road and hit a tree, Mississippi Highway Patrol Trooper Chase Elkins said.

Billy Paul Ingle, 37, died at the scene.

Ingle was alone in the truck.
