Forensic pathologist details cause of death in capital case

Forensic pathologist Dr. Paul McGarry said this morning murder victim Jermaine Jebon "J.J." Kelly died of massive damage to his heart, lungs, liver, stomach and intestines due to multiple gunshot wounds.

McGarry was the first to take this stand this morning in the capital murder trial of Spencer O'Brian Lawrence, one of three facing capital murder charges in the October 2009 killing at a home on Magnolia Street in Moss Point.
