A Jackson County man was taken into custody Sunday, accused of robbing a couple after luring them to Pascagoula to buy an iPhone, Pascagoula Police Lt. Shannon Massey said today.
Nicholas Demorst was charged with armed robbery. Demorst, police said, used Craig's list to advertise the sale of the phone. After the arrest, Demorst was taken to the Pascagoula
Municipal Jail pending a bond hearing.
