Eastbound traffic blocked on I-10 in Pascagoula after multi-car crash, officials say
Traffic is backed up on Interstate 10 near the Pascagoula River Bridge after a crash involving multiple vehicles.
Mississippi Highway Patrol said several people were injured in the crash on the eastbound lanes of the interstate, which were both blocked at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday.
The Mississippi Department of Transportation said delays will last for about 40 minutes. Drivers should take an alternate route if possible.
MDOT expects the lanes to reopen by 6 p.m. Check for updates on their traffic map.
