Motorcyclist dies after crash with truck in Jackson County, highway patrol says
A Moss Point resident riding a motorcycle died after a crash with a truck in Jackson County on Sunday, the Mississippi Highway Patrol said Monday in a press release.
Terry Wayne Oswalt, 64, died at the scene of collision and James Arthur Delaughter, who was driving a Chevrolet Silverado truck, was taken to the hospital.
MHP said it appeared Oswalt was driving south on Mississippi 63 when Delaughter’s truck turned off of the highway onto Wade Vancleave Road, also known as Mississippi 63.
The motorcycle and truck collided at the intersection of Mississippi 63 and Wade Vancleave Road.
