A jury convicted pharmacist Nick Tran on all 24 counts of conspiracy to operate a "pill mill."
There were 22 counts involving perscriptions filled at Tran's Pharmacy. The other two charged he conspired to operate a "pill mill."
This was Tran’s second trial on charges from a federal probe first made public following arrests in a raid May 21, 2008. Tran was arrested, along with two doctors at the Family Medical Center in offices adjoining Tran’s Pharmacy on Division street in Biloxi, and the doctors’ officer manager.
