WESLEY MULLER/SUN HERALD The Giterdone convenience gas station and convenience store in Diamondhead is being sued by Git-R-Done Productions, a corporation that handles merchandising for Larry the Cable Guy's likeness and the catch phrase.

A federal judge last week dismissed a counter-claim filed against Larry the Cable Guy's marketing company in an on-going legal battle with a Diamondhead gas station.

Federal Judge Louis Guirola on May 31 granted a motion from Git-R-Done productions seeking to have the counter-claim dismissed.

Last year, Git-R-Done filed a federal lawsuit against Gitterdone C Store, claiming trademark infringements.

The store fired back and filed two counter-claims. The first was dismissed, however, the store was allowed to refill an amended claim.
