Bay-Waveland Garden Club honored as top club in Spanish Trail District

At a recent meeting of the 31 Garden Clubs in the Spanish Trail District, the Bay-Waveland Garden Club was selected by the Garden Clubs of Mississippi Inc. as First Place Club in the district.
