BILOXI — A Biloxi man died Tuesday night when he was ejected from a pickup truck on Interstate 10 at the Tchoutacabouffa River bridge, Harrison County Coroner Gary Hargrove said.
Christopher Wood, 26, was westbound in a 2004 Toyota Tundra when he lost control of the truck, hit a retaining wall and flipped several times, Hargrove said.
Wood was not wearing a seat belt, the coroner said. The cause of death was blunt-force trauma to the head, chest and extremities.
The crash was reported at 6:08 p.m.
